We urge our customers to go through the details of the learning module. Please read the details of the module description and ensure that the same meets your expectations. Once the modules have been paid for, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or extension of the subscription period.
You should note that you would be able to access the modules for a period of 01 month to 12 months based on the option you have chosen. It is essential that you should be able to complete your learning within the time period for which you have availed for. You will not get extensions of the time period beyond the period for which you have availed the learning module even if you have not been able to go through the same.
Further, you will not be entitled for pro-rata refund of the money even in case you have completed partly or in case you have not commenced the learning or you want to stop the subscription before the end of the period for which you have paid for. It is important for you to read the subscription period before putting in your shopping cart.
In case of any technical snag, during the course of completing payment transaction either through any of the digital mode (Net transfer, credit card, wallet and any other digital payment), leading to payment getting debited from your account; first you need to get in touch with your bank or digital payment service provider to get clarification.
